Innagural Concert at Halesworth
On Sunday 28th August Diss-Located Bones played their inaugural gig at The Cut, Halesworth, Suffolk.
Eleven Trombonists from Ipswich, Norwich Cambridge and parts in between made the lunchtime concert a very enjoyable event.
Featuring players from Brass Bands, Orchestras, Jazz players and Army Musicians, a varied programme was presented to a very appreciative audience.
Music spanning four centuries and several genres from the Thunderbirds theme, arrangements of Mendelssohn and Haydn, Jazz features and original music for Trombone ensemble demonstrated the versatility of this instrument - and these instrumentalists.
